RETURN & EXCHANGE
- We do not offer refunds or returns but are happy to replace any defective products.
- You may exchange your order within 3 calendar days, provided that the product is in its original condition with all labels attached. The item must be in perfect condition and may not be worn, washed or altered in any way.
- Discounted “Sale” Merchandise and Gift Card Purchases are not eligible for refund or exchange.
- Bring your as proof of purchase.
- The item can only be exchanged with an item of equivalent value or higher.
- Eugene reserves the right to reject returns that are sent or communicated outside of the period limit or items which are not in the same condition in which they were received.
- We only accept to return the items that are caused by manufacturing faults. Products that are damaged as a result of daily wear are not considered to be faulty.
